this is TRX + YOGA FOR EVERYONE, from Northern Ireland’s Yoga provider of the year.

Our 8 week TRX Yoga For Beginners programme combines vinyasa style yoga, with the latest TRX suspension training equipment, for a full body yoga practice perfect for all levels - especially beginners.

The programme will focus on slow & rhythmic yoga sequencing on the TRX, with restorative yoga postures on the mat.

  • Added to yoga, TRX can provide assistance to help you find comfort in more challenging postures.

  • TRX can help add resistance in postures in which you already feel comfortable, creating an entirely new experience for your body.

  • TRX can also help build strength in ways not accessible in a regular yoga practice.

And with a big focus on recovery, the sessions are the perfect complement to any other forms of training you might be up to - like gym work, running, or Kickass Bootcamp :)
