this is TRX + YOGA FOR EVERYONE, from Northern Ireland’s Yoga provider of the year.
Our 8 week TRX Yoga For Beginners programme combines vinyasa style yoga, with the latest TRX suspension training equipment, for a full body yoga practice perfect for all levels - especially beginners.
The programme will focus on slow & rhythmic yoga sequencing on the TRX, with restorative yoga postures on the mat.
Added to yoga, TRX can provide assistance to help you find comfort in more challenging postures.
TRX can help add resistance in postures in which you already feel comfortable, creating an entirely new experience for your body.
TRX can also help build strength in ways not accessible in a regular yoga practice.
And with a big focus on recovery, the sessions are the perfect complement to any other forms of training you might be up to - like gym work, running, or Kickass Bootcamp :)
